🏊‍♂️ What an incredible weekend! 🏊‍♂️ ⭐ First time below 2:50.00 @ 200m breaststroke - 2:49.61 ⭐ First time below 1:18.50 @ 100m breaststroke - 1:15.92 Singapore was just an intermediate step, but who would have thought that such improvements could be achieved in such a short time? When you consider that exactly one year ago, I was getting back into the pool after a wrist surgery... At 48, proving that our best performances can still be ahead of us! 💪 I wonder what next year will reserve for me 😉 I'm grateful to be able to do what I love the most: swimming, and to be part of this wonderful swimming club Zwemvereniging Sassenheim, which has the motto: "Samen met Plezier Presteren" (Performing with Pleasure Together) The water continues to shape us, and we continue to push what's possible! 🌊 What dreams are you still chasing?
